Welcome to Sura Cake By using our store or placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions

Orders and Customization

Cakes are prepared according to the details provided by the customer including design size flavor writing requested date and any special notes

Please make sure all order details are correct before confirming the order including name mobile number address pickup or delivery date and time and design notes

The final cake design may slightly differ from the reference image due to the handmade nature of our products size differences colors and availability of some decorative items

If the customer provides an image or design Sura Cake will use it as a reference and will do its best to keep the general look and style of the design

Order Preparation Time

Custom orders require enough preparation time and we recommend placing the order at least two days in advance

Urgent orders may be accepted depending on availability and production capacity and acceptance is not guaranteed

Payment and Order Confirmation

The order is considered confirmed after completing the payment or confirming the booking through the available store method

Custom orders will not be prepared until the order is confirmed

Prices shown in the store may change from time to time without prior notice and this does not affect orders that have already been confirmed

Changes and Cancellation

Order changes can be requested before production begins

We may not be able to accept changes if the order preparation has already started or part of the design has been completed

Cancellation of custom orders depends on the order status and production stage and the amount may not be refundable once preparation has started

If there is an error caused by Sura Cake the case will be handled appropriately through correction or suitable compensation depending on the situation

Pickup and Delivery

The customer must follow the selected pickup or delivery time

For branch pickup the customer is responsible for collecting the order at the scheduled time

For delivery the customer must make sure the address and contact number are correct

Delivery time may be affected by factors beyond our control such as traffic weather conditions or delays by the delivery provider

Once the order is received by the customer or delivery representative Sura Cake is not responsible for any damage caused by improper transportation storage or exposure to heat

Product Quality and Storage

Sura Cake products are freshly prepared with care

Cakes must be stored in a cool suitable place and storage instructions should be followed upon receiving the order

Some products may contain allergens such as milk eggs nuts wheat chocolate or other ingredients so please inform us in advance if you have any specific allergies

We cannot guarantee that products are completely free from traces of allergens due to the nature of the preparation environment

Photos and Content

We may photograph some orders and publish them on our social media accounts or website for marketing purposes without showing the customer’s personal information

If the customer does not want the order photo to be published they can inform us when placing the order

All photos designs and content related to Sura Cake are owned by the store and may not be used or copied without prior permission

Liability

Sura Cake is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

Sura Cake is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery if the customer does not answer calls or is not available at the provided location

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates our policies is not feasible or includes inappropriate content
